 | Close your eyes, clear your mind, take a few deep breaths and relax. If you prefer to talk or ask questions, please feel free to do so -- this is YOUR massage. |

 | What should I expect after my massage? |
 | Most people feel a sense of relaxation after massage. This is usually followed by an increase in energy that can last for several days. You may experience relief from the aches and pains that you felt prior to your session. This relief may last for a few days depending on the cause of the problem. |
